About SCSC

SCSC facilitates programs and services for school districts and local governments in south central Minnesota. Established in 1976 as one of nine regional service cooperatives, SCSC enhances member services and acts as a service extension for both members and state agencies. It is funded through program facilitation and membership dues. While focused on a nine-county region, many programs have broader outreach.

BENEFITS THROUGH COOPERATION

SCSC believes regional services are more efficient and cost-effective than a "one size fits all" approach. Regional facilitation creates economies of scale and consistency, benefiting local governments and school districts.
