Negotiation Strategies

This FREE negotiations financial planning session is intended for superintendents and business managers as a team to attend. Lori Volz, a former business manager and CFO of large and small school districts, will provide district teams with information related to preparing for negotiations. She will share ways to review financial data, how to complete a district financial analysis and steps to take before starting negotiations with staff.

This is an in person meeting only and there is no cost to attend. A meal will be provided for participants; please register by April 23 so we can get an accurate count for food and refreshments.
