Lyric Lab – Unlocking the Power of Words

Step into the world of lyrical expression in Lyric Lab, a creative workshop designed for students in grades 4-12 who want to explore the art of writing with rhythm, emotion, and impact. Whether you’re into songwriting, spoken word, poetry, or just love playing with language, this workshop will guide you through the elements that make lyrics resonate.

Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and writing prompts, you’ll experiment with imagery, metaphor, rhyme, and storytelling. You’ll study lyrics from different genres and poetic styles, and have the chance to create and share your own work in a supportive, collaborative space.

No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to dive into the world of language. Registration includes lunch.
