Making Career Pathways Visible

Tuesday, September 29, 2026
to
9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
SCSC Conference Center, 2075 Lookout Drive, North Mankato

Making Career Pathways Visible is an interactive workshop designed for district leadership teams committed to strengthening career-connected learning. Participants will explore how students and families experience course registration, evaluate the visibility of career pathways within their current registration materials, and identify opportunities to create clearer, more student-centered planning tools.

Through collaborative activities, peer-to-peer learning, and guided planning, teams will examine successful practices from neighboring districts, map career pathways to course offerings, and develop practical strategies for improving pathway communication. By the end of the workshop, each district will leave with actionable next steps to make career exploration, course selection, and postsecondary planning more accessible and meaningful for every student.

To support team planning and collaboration, districts are asked to register a minimum of two participants.
