Tri-City United’s David Ruehs Recognized as Assistant Principal of the Year
Tri-City United High School Assistant Principal David Ruehs has been recognized as Minnesota Assistant Principal of the Year by the Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP).
Ruehs was surprised with the honor during a school gathering attended by colleagues, family members, and MASSP leadership. He was selected for his strong leadership, dedication to student success, and commitment to creating supportive learning environments for students and staff.
Since joining Tri-City United, Ruehs has played a key role in supporting students through initiatives such as the Titan Achievement Academy, which helps students stay on track toward graduation. As part of this recognition, Ruehs will represent Minnesota at the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) Assistant Principal of the Year program later this year.
