SCSC’s Community of Practice (CoP) supports district leadership teams as they implement and integrate MTSS data warehouse solutions within their broader systems of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and tiered supports. The CoP provides a collaborative space for shared learning, sense-making, and problem-solving—not platform training—so teams can navigate real implementation questions with confidence.
Participants will:
- Build shared understanding of how data warehouses support linked teaming, data-based decision-making, and continuous improvement
- Clarify roles, access, and expectations across district and school teams
- Identify implementation successes and barriers
- Determine when needs are best met through peer learning, vendor training, or additional coaching
- Leave each session with clear next steps to bring back to district leadership and MnMTSS-aligned teams
Audience:
District leadership responsible for curriculum and instruction, technology, assessment, and tiered intervention systems. This may include Teaching and Learning leaders, Technology Coordinators, District Assessment Coordinators, Administrators, Interventionists, Special Education leaders, and others engaged in MTSS-aligned data use.
