The Lead CTE Network is Minnesota’s new statewide program designed for Career and Technical Education district leaders, administrators, and counselors. This leadership initiative combines in-person support with targeted resources and professional development to strengthen CTE programming at the district level.

Modeled after the successful CTE Teacher Induction Program (TIP) and backed by more than 20 years of experience, the Lead CTE Network offers a research-based, proven approach to professional growth for CTE leaders and administrators. Participants gain the tools, strategies, and connections needed to guide effective CTE programs and foster student success.
