The Local Certified Facilitator Community of Practice (DLL-CoP) supports local district staff who facilitate Phase 1 READ Act professional development in their district. Participants engage in studying current research on literacy topics, apply adult learning principles to grow facilitation skills, and network with other regional facilitators. The DLL-CoP is 100% virtual and meets approximately once a month. This Community of Practice provides mentoring and coaching for Local Certified Facilitators as required by the READ Act.

District staff who have completed train-the-trainer for Paraprofessional Structured Literacy Training (PSLT) are also invited to attend the LCF-CoP, as an optional learning and support opportunity.
