This initial training, offered in partnership with Minnesota State University, Mankato (MSU, Mankato), builds confidence in the art of coaching—helping mentors listen with intention, ask effective questions, and provide meaningful feedback that supports professional growth.
Mentors will explore strategies for building trust, encouraging reflection, and guiding mentees through challenges with clarity and purpose.
