Who should participate
This service is designed for districts and schools seeking to strengthen or implement mentoring support for new teachers. Our mentoring support would connect with district leaders to learn more about the goals and desired outcomes of mentoring for each individual.
This customized mentoring support can be adapted to meet the needs of your district and staff. Mentoring options include meeting with mentees once or twice a month to engage in reflective practice, non-evaluative observation cycles, goals and action steps coaching, and analyzing student work to lead to instruction. Services are designed to be practical, sustainable, and aligned to the realities of supporting new educators.
