MCIS User Training

Whether you're new to the Minnesota Career Information System (MCIS) or looking to strengthen your existing knowledge, this full-day training is designed to help you make the most of the platform. The day begins with a shared session for all participants covering key updates, resources, and best practices before breaking into dedicated learning tracks for new and experienced users.

New users will build a strong foundation by exploring the student and administrative sides of MCIS, creating accounts and groups, developing career plans, and accessing curriculum resources. Experienced users will dive deeper into recent updates, advanced administrative tools, reporting, and strategies for enhancing career planning and student engagement. Throughout the day, participants will have dedicated implementation time to apply their learning, ask questions, and receive individualized support from the MCIS Education Consultant.
