Instructional Coaching in Literacy CoP (ICL-CoP) 2026-2027
Strengthen your instructional coaching skills and support high-quality, evidence-based literacy practices through the Instructional Coaching in Literacy Community of Practice (ICL-CoP).
Participants will deepen their knowledge of structured literacy, develop a shared language around effective literacy instruction, and strengthen their ability to coach and support educators. Through collaboration with peers in similar roles, participants will share strategies, address implementation challenges, and support consistent literacy practices across districts, charter schools, and Tribally Controlled schools statewide.
Who Should Participate?
The ICL-CoP replaces the Local Certified Facilitator CoP and will continue to serve as the primary support for Local Certified Facilitators actively providing Phase 1 PD, Phase 2 PD, and/or PSLT training.
Participation is also open to district literacy leads, instructional coaches, principals, directors of teaching and learning, and others whose roles include supporting literacy instruction. District teams are highly encouraged to participate together.
