Developing Capacity for an Internal Coach
Strengthen and sustain coaching practices in your district by building the capacity of an Internal Coach. This 1+4 day training model is designed for district leaders, instructional leaders, mentor coordinators, instructional coaches, and others interested in supporting the growth of instructional and mentor coaching programs.

The training also includes four individualized, job-embedded support sessions to help participants implement their learning and build sustainable coaching systems within their district.
By the end of the experience, participants will be equipped to strengthen coaching practices, develop sustainable systems for continuous growth, and provide meaningful support that leads to stronger coaches and better outcomes for students.
